Happy New Year! I can't believe that it's going to be 2013! Wow! This festive outfit brings out the joy in people, well at least it brings out the joy in me! It's getting semi-cold here in Los Angeles so I used some classic layering techniques and layered a dress over my long sleeve shirt and a denim vest over my dress!
